...Doctors Apointment #1 Monday, Mar. 17, 2008, 4:50 pm So I went. I got in pretty quick. Five or ten minutes of reading Catch-22 and the nurse was asking me a million questions.Doing any street drugs? No. Smoking? No. History of heart disease? No. The Doctor came in and asked almost all the same questions again, and also some new ones. Then Ken had to leave the room and there was an examination of all my baby-making bits. It's important to make sure those bits are okay, since I'm currently making a baby. The doctor was treating me as someone who was very uncomfortable, which I was not. Doctors are supposed to touch your boobs when they check to make sure they're not growing anything abnormal. It was kind of funny though. Funny. The conclusion is everything is okay, and the tentative due date is September 23rd. Exciting. |
